Mercantile Ventures Limited's subsidiary, Walery Security Management, will amalgamate with i3 Security Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The National Company Law Tribunal has approved this internal reorganization. This move aims to streamline management, consolidate resources, and achieve cost efficiencies by merging their security services businesses into a single entity. The Transferee Company had a turnover of Rs. 50.88 Cr for the immediate preceding financial year. Shareholders of the Transferor Company will receive 5 new shares in the Transferee Company for every 2 shares held. Importantly, this amalgamation will not alter the shareholding pattern of Mercantile Ventures Limited, the listed company.
