Sakthi Finance Ltd — Important, 23-07-2026: Company Update

Sakthi Finance is clarifying and re-issuing a notice to shareholders regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to shares where dividends have gone unclaimed for seven consecutive years. Shareholders with uncashed dividends from the 2018-19 financial year onwards must claim them by October 15, 2026. If not claimed, shares and dividends will be moved to the IEPF. Shareholders can later reclaim these assets directly from the IEPF Authority by following due process.
