Steel Strips Wheels Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Allotment of 84680 Shares.This is to inform you that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, the 23rd day of July, 2026 allotted 84,680 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each, at an Exercise Price of Rs. 20/- per equity share to the employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Steel Strips Wheels Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021 (ESOS 2021). These Equity Shares shall rank Pari-Passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
