Mega Nirman and Industries Ltd — Important, 23-07-2026: Company Update

Mega Nirman & Industries' board met, approving the notice for its upcoming Annual General Meeting and the Directors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company's share transfer books will be closed for a period in preparation for the AGM. The board also approved updating the Articles of Association, subject to shareholder vote, to facilitate various employee share-based benefit schemes. A proposed Employee Stock Option Scheme was not taken up.
