    Hindustan Composites' board approved Q1 financial results. Consolidated profit after tax reached ₹8.68 Cr, with ₹6.75 Cr from the recently divested Friction Business (sold for ₹370 Cr). The board also put forward M/s. R M Mimani & Associates LLP as new Secretarial Auditors.
