    Suraj Estate Developers allotted 1 Cr Unlisted Secured NCDs at ₹10 each, raising ₹10 Cr via private placement to IDBI Trusteeship for India Real Estate Investment Fund. This completes their total ₹70 Cr NCD issuance. Previously allotted ₹60 Cr NCDs were redeemed.
