Centrum Capital Limited — Pledging, 23-07-2026: Pledge/Unpledge

Centrum Capital's promoter, Business Match Services (India) Private Limited, which holds 13.45 Cr shares (27.63%) in the company, has revised its share pledging disclosure.

Over a recent period, the promoter's pledged shares saw a net decrease. While 92.65 lakh shares (1.90% of total capital) were unpledged, largely due to loan repayments, 54 lakh shares (1.11% of total capital) were newly pledged. These new pledges were mostly linked to market price fluctuations and for fresh loans.

As a result, the total promoter encumbered shares now stand at 4.36 Cr, or 8.96% of Centrum Capital's total share capital, a reduction from the previous 9.75%.
