India Ratings and Research Pvt. Ltd. has upgraded Usha Martin's Long-Term Credit Facilities (bank loans) to 'IND AA-' from 'IND A+'. The outlook is Stable. Additionally, the agency reaffirmed its rating for Short-Term Credit Facilities (bank loans and Commercial Paper) at "IND A1+".
