TAC Infosec Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

TAC Infosec Board approved the incorporation of a new subsidiary, TAC Safehouse Ltd, investing up to 4 Cr in B2C cybersecurity. It also approved the acquisition of Israel's Safehouse Technologies Ltd for up to 1 Cr to enter B2C cybersecurity. Additionally, 1040 ESOP equity shares were allotted.
