Ice Make Refrigeration approved a ₹190.00 Cr preferential share issue to Galilei Holdings & others, representing 13.05% post-issue equity. They also formed a JV, "Ice Make Horeca Private Ltd" (60% Galilei, 40% Ice Make), investing ₹88.19 Cr in commercial refrigeration equipment.
