ICEMAKE signed agreements with Japan's Galilei to raise ₹190 Cr via preferential issue. Funds will be used for capacity expansion, modernization, and debt repayment. They're also forming a 60:40 joint venture with Galilei to manufacture and distribute commercial refrigerators.
