Sapphire Foods delivered a strong Q1 FY27, marking its second consecutive robust quarter. Revenue surged 15% YoY to ₹888.2 Cr, its best in 11 quarters. Adjusted EBITDA jumped 37% to ₹74.9 Cr, a 15-quarter high. All brands (KFC, Pizza Hut India, Sri Lanka) saw positive Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG). KFC India revenue grew 17% with 5% SSSG, while Pizza Hut India achieved positive SSSG of 1% after five quarters. Sri Lanka's revenue also rose 14% (LKR) with 9% SSSG (LKR). The company expanded its network, adding 22 net restaurants for a total of 1,074 outlets.

Growth was driven by value-focused consumer offers, like KFC's ₹99 Krisper Chicken Burger Meal, and digital enhancements, including kiosks across 75%+ of KFC restaurants. New products like KFC's "Shawarma" and Pizza Hut's Crafted Flatzz also contributed. Consolidated PBT turned profitable at ₹16.2 Cr. Management highlighted strong operating leverage for KFC and a positive turnaround for Pizza Hut India's SSSG, especially in Tamil Nadu, despite higher energy costs impacting some segments.
