    Dalmia Bharat expanded cement capacity to 54.7 MnTPA with 5.2 MnTPA acquired assets for Rs 2,850 Cr. Sales volume grew 9% to 7.6 MnT, revenue 7% to Rs 3,890 Cr. EBITDA fell 8.8% to Rs 805 Cr due to acquisition costs. Net Debt/EBITDA rose to 1.47x.
