    Dr. Lal PathLabs' board approved Q1 financial results and declared an INR 5/share interim dividend. Subsidiaries will acquire 80% of Ghana's Sunshine Healthcare (~INR 38 Cr) for market expansion and 30% of Neuome Technologies (~INR 3.5 Cr) for innovation.
