Panabyte Technologies Limited has notified shareholders about the impending transfer of unclaimed dividends and associated equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This action applies to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for seven or more consecutive years. Shares and unclaimed dividends will be transferred to the IEPF by 1st November, 2026, if a valid claim is not submitted to the company by 20th October, 2026. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from financial year 2018-2019 onwards should act promptly by submitting the required forms and documents to prevent this transfer. Claims after the deadline must be made directly from the IEPF.
