ACC's board approved Q1 consolidated results with ₹147 Cr Profit After Tax. They greenlit acquiring 26% of Amplus Andhra Power for ₹5.31 Cr to boost captive energy. Also, ₹3,900 Cr was loaned to Ambuja Cement, and some plants temporarily paused operations for efficiency.
