Vivo Collaboration's board has approved raising authorized share capital to ₹4.50 Cr. They also greenlit a ₹16.94 Cr preferential issue of 22 lakh warrants at ₹77 each. Rishi Gupta joins as Non-Executive Director; MD Sanjay Mittal and two Independent Directors were re-appointed.
