    Bank of Baroda's Board has approved increasing its fund-raising capacity. The MTN program stays at USD 4.00 billion, adding a USD 1.00 billion sub-limit for Green/ESG Bonds. Overseas borrowing limits doubled from USD 5.00 billion to USD 10.00 billion.
