    Bank of Baroda — Board Meeting, 24-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Bank of Baroda's board approved Q1 financial results. Net Profit was ₹1,278 Cr, significantly impacted by a one-off ₹5,680 Cr settlement. Without this, profit would be ₹5,528 Cr. GNPA improved to 1.99%, NNPA to 0.50%. Advances grew 17.4% YoY.
