Sancode Technologies Ltd — Important, 24-07-2026: Company Update

Sancode Technologies' board has allotted 22,75,582 new equity shares, each priced at Rs. 172 (including a premium of Rs. 162). These shares were issued upon the conversion of an equivalent number of warrants after receiving the remaining 75% payment. A promoter received 4,65,000 shares for 7.998 Cr, a promoter group entity 3,20,195 shares for 5.507 Cr, and a non-promoter 14,90,387 shares for 25.635 Cr. The total capital raised from this conversion is approximately 39.14 Cr. These new shares will be listed on the Stock Exchange.
