IYKOT HITECH TOOLROOM's Board has approved key strategic and operational changes. Ms. Vaishali Sharad Lad's designation changed to Whole-Time Director. Mr. Rakesh Oza was appointed CFO, and Ms. Drishti Dawara as Company Secretary. Subject to shareholder approval, the company will alter its objects to enter the bullion and precious metals business, increase authorized share capital to 40 Cr, and shift its registered office to Maharashtra. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the unaudited financial results show a Net Loss of 0.45 Cr. Paid-up Equity Share Capital stands at 5.19 Cr, with Basic EPS at -0.39.
