IYKOT HITECH TOOLROOM's Board approved several key changes. Ms. Vaishali Sharad Lad is now a Whole-Time Director, strengthening leadership. Mr. Rakesh Oza was appointed CFO and Ms. Drishti Dawara as Company Secretary, bolstering financial and compliance teams. The company plans to increase its Authorized Share Capital from 15 Cr to 40 Cr and alter its business objects to focus on the bullion and precious metals sector, subject to shareholder approval. The registered office will also move from Tamil Nadu to Maharashtra. The Board also approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, reporting a net loss of 0.45 Cr on total income of 0.11 Cr.
