POWERGRID has set August 1, 2026, as the record date for its 7.56% Powergrid Bond LXXII issue. This is for the 13th part redemption of these bonds, which reduces their face value by ₹2,500 per bond. Bondholders will receive a redemption amount of ₹10.625 Cr, along with interest for the period from May 17 to August 16, 2026. Payment is scheduled for August 17, 2026. Post-redemption, the face value per NCD will be ₹67,500.
