Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹50,740.96 crore, yielding a profit of ₹6,896.44 crore. The Board of Directors approved these results, which were reviewed by Statutory Auditors. The company confirmed no deviation in using debenture proceeds and maintained a security cover of 100% or higher for its listed secured debt securities, complying with all financial covenants. A coal mine business transfer to NTPC Mining was completed, and a waste solutions entity became a wholly-owned subsidiary.
