    Kanungo Financiers' board approved raising authorized capital to Rs 50 Cr and acquiring 19.5% stakes in Startech (Rs 42.49 Cr) and Peepal Mining (Rs 38.83 Cr) via share swap. An EOGM on Aug 21 will seek shareholder approval for these deals and new share issuance. New ED & CFO appointed.
