Share India's board approved Q1 consolidated net profit of Rs 124.41 Cr on Rs 448.09 Cr revenue. EPS hit Rs 5.67. They declared Re 0.50 interim dividend, greenlit acquiring Enshrine Leasing, and plan to raise up to Rs 200 Cr via NCDs/CPs.
