GRP had a strong start to FY27 with Total Income at ₹157.3 Cr, up 26% YoY, driven by robust 24% volume growth. Profitability soared, with EBITDA jumping 60% to ₹17.4 Cr and PAT more than doubling to ₹4.2 Cr. Both EBITDA and PAT margins saw significant expansion. The Rubber Recycling segment led with 34% revenue growth and 12% higher reclaim rubber volumes, supported by recovering exports and strong domestic demand. Engineering Plastics also grew volumes by 27%.
The company is focusing on expanding capacities in Reclaim Rubber and Pyrova Energy (for Crumb, Tyre Pyrolysis Oil, and recovered Carbon Black), targeting ₹90-100 Cr capex for FY27. This includes accelerating the transition to next-gen reclaim technologies. The Pyrova Energy business has stabilized after initial operational issues, now poised for scale. GRP also improved its working capital cycle by 8 days. Management is confident in sustaining this growth trajectory, emphasizing disciplined execution of strategic plans and capitalizing on circular economy and EPR opportunities.
