Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd — Important, 25-07-2026: Company Update

Quantum Digital Vision's board approved several key strategic initiatives, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. These include appointing Mrs. Priyanka Pradyumna Tiwari as a non-executive woman director and M/s. Arvind Baid & Associates as statutory auditors. Mr. Himalay Panna Dassani was also approved for re-appointment as Managing Director for three more years, based on Nomination and Remuneration Committee input. The company plans to expand business activities, invest in new entities, raise borrowing and investment limits, and potentially change its name. The authorized share capital will increase from ₹25 Cr to ₹100 Cr.
