Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd — Important, 25-07-2026: Company Update

Quantum Digital Vision's board convened to approve several key strategic moves. These include proposing an increase in Authorised Share Capital from ₹25 Cr to ₹100 Cr, and a potential change in the company's name. The board also endorsed expanding the main business objectives and approved plans for investing in new subsidiaries or joint ventures. Furthermore, the re-appointment of Mr. Himalay Panna Dassani as Managing Director for three years was approved, alongside the appointment of Mrs. Priyanka Pradyumna Tiwari as an Additional Director. M/s. Arvind Baid & Associates were approved as new Statutory Auditors. An Annual General Meeting will be held on August 21st to seek shareholder approvals for these proposals.
