Swelect Energy Systems Limited — JV/Acquisition, 25-07-2026: Acquisition

SWELECT Energy Systems has acquired 100% equity in Dexler Solar Park Phase 1 Private Limited (DSPP1) for up to Rs. 0.01 Cr. This strategic move aims to boost SWELECTES' presence in Karnataka by establishing a solar power plant with an initial capacity of up to 7.0 MWdc under a group captive scheme. DSPP1, a renewable energy generation company, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition is expected to increase consolidated turnover and strengthen the company's footprint in the state's green energy sector.
