Super Bakers India Ltd — Important, 25-07-2026: Company Update

Super Bakers India's Board has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting for September 21, 2026, to be held virtually, where shareholders can also use e-voting. The Board approved the appointments of Mr. Parth B. Thakkar and Ms. Rajkumari R. Udhwani as Additional Independent Directors, effective September 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval. M/s. Kashyap R Mehta & Partners were also approved as Secretarial Auditors for five years, commencing FY2026-27, subject to member endorsement. These changes led to a re-constitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees.
