B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited and Kevadiya Construction Limited (KCL) have mutually terminated their sub-contract agreement for constructing and operating an Underground Sewerage System in Mayiladuthurai Municipality for five years. KCL initiated the termination due to operational and commercial reasons. Consequently, B.R.Goyal Infrastructure will no longer be involved in this specific project, with KCL assuming full direct responsibility for its execution. This change clarifies the company's ongoing project portfolio and removes this particular engagement from its future commitments.
