Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd — Important, 25-07-2026: Company Update

Eco Hotels and Resorts has issued a final reminder for shareholders with unpaid First, Second, Third, and Final Call Money on their partly paid-up equity shares from a past Rights Issue. Each share requires Rs. 3.80, along with 10% annual interest for delayed payments. Shareholders must settle these dues by August 10, 2026. Failure to pay will result in the forfeiture of their shares, including any amounts already paid. Trading in these partly paid shares was suspended by the Stock Exchange earlier due to the call.
