Amarandhar Reddy Kotha and Mallour Rajesh Kumar have launched an open offer to acquire up to 39,25,988 equity shares, representing 26% of Dolphin Medical Services Limited's voting capital. The offer price is ₹4.80 per share, totaling approximately ₹1.88 Crore if fully accepted. This move follows their prior agreement to buy a 20.95% stake from the current promoters at ₹1.80 per share. After the open offer, the acquirers will hold about 46.96% and assume management control, with plans to continue existing business operations. The previous promoters will exit and be reclassified.
