Max Financial's Board approved amalgamating with Axis Max Life and has announced an AGM to adopt FY26 results. Axis Max Life raised ₹381 Cr from Axis Bank, lifting their stake to 19.99%. Key FY26 metrics: AMLI VNB ₹2,647 Cr (+26%), NBM 25.2%, EV ₹28,871 Cr (+15%), AUM ₹1.9 lakh Cr (+8%). Consolidated revenue ₹47,696 Cr.
