Decorous Investment and Trading has convened its 43rd Annual General Meeting to review and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Ashok Kumar as directors, and the appointment of M/s SMGA & Co. as statutory auditors for a five-year term. Notably, Ms. Varsha Jain is proposed as the new Additional Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer for five years, succeeding Mr. Ashok Kumar due to health reasons, with a monthly basic salary of Rs. 25,000.
