IndiaMART InterMESH will invest Rs. 64.99 Cr in Fleetx Technologies Private Limited by subscribing to 4,630 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares. This strategic move will give IndiaMART a 25.80% stake in Fleetx, an AI-powered fleet and logistics optimization platform. Fleetx reported a turnover of Rs. 77.80 Cr for FY25. This acquisition aligns with IndiaMART's goal to expand its Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, aiming to enhance business efficiency, safety, and reduce operational costs for its users through Fleetx's innovative logistics digitization capabilities.
