Amarjothi Spinning Mills has announced key leadership re-appointments. Sri. N.Radhakrishnan was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for one year. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Sri. R.Premchander as Managing Director for five years from September 1, 2026, and Sri. R.Jaichander as Whole Time Director for five years from December 1, 2026. These executive re-appointments follow input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and require shareholder approval. Sri. R.Premchander and Sri. R.Jaichander are brothers.
