Fedders Holding's board approved applying for direct listing of its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This strategic move aims to enhance liquidity and market visibility for the company's shares. In board composition changes, Mrs. Sonal Singhal resigned as a Non-Executive Director. To bolster governance and add expertise, the board appointed Mrs. Geeta Mittal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
