Sagar Cements' Board has approved Q1 financial results. Consolidated revenue was ₹706.07 Cr, with a net loss of ₹28.10 Cr. EPS stood at ₹(2.15). The board also approved the merger of Andhra Cements (ACL) into Sagar Cements, effective April 1, 2026, after reducing its stake in ACL to 75%.
