Nimbus Projects Ltd — Important, 27-07-2026: Company Update

Nimbus Projects has approved the conversion of IITL-Nimbus, The Palm Village, a partnership firm where it holds 95% of the capital, into a private limited company. The new entity, IITL Nimbus The Palm Village Private Limited, will become a subsidiary with Nimbus Projects holding 95% of its equity. In exchange for its existing capital contribution, Nimbus Projects will receive 1 Cr in equity shares. This new subsidiary will continue the real estate development business, formalizing the structure of a significant venture and strengthening the company's control over its operations.
