Nimbus Projects' board has approved converting its existing joint venture partnership, IITL-Nimbus, The Hyde Park Noida, into a private limited company. The new entity, "IITL Nimbus The Hyde Park Private Limited," will become a subsidiary with Nimbus Projects holding 66.67% equity. The subsidiary will continue its core business of real estate development, including construction and sales. Nimbus Projects' capital contribution of 0.25 Cr in the firm will be converted into 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each in the new company. This move streamlines the corporate structure for its real estate operations.
