SGL Resources Ltd — Important, 27-07-2026: Company Update

SGL Resources' board has approved its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹0.11 Cr for the year, compared to ₹1.45 Cr last year, with revenue at ₹34.87 Cr. Ms. Sona Bachani resigned as an Independent Director due to other commitments. The board appointed Mrs. Himali Maheshbhai Thakkar as a new Independent Director for five years, based on input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. M/s. Apurva Shah & Co was also appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
