Duke Offshore's board approved major leadership changes. Following a review, it appointed Mr. Ashutosh Thakar as Executive Whole Time Director and five other Additional Directors, including three Independent Directors. These strategic appointments follow the company's acquisition by Aspect Global Ventures. Simultaneously, Managing Director Mr. Avik George Duke resigned due to the acquisition, along with four other directors and the Chief Financial Officer who cited personal commitments.
