Acknit Industries has issued a public notice concerning the transfer of unclaimed dividends and associated equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Dividends from the financial year ending March 31, 2019, and corresponding shares, if unclaimed for seven consecutive years, are set for transfer on October 24, 2026. Shareholders should submit valid claims by October 23, 2026, to avoid this transfer. After transfer, any corporate benefits from these holdings will go to IEPF, but shareholders can reclaim their holdings directly from the IEPF following their guidelines.
