Duke Offshore Ltd — Important, 27-07-2026: Company Update

Duke Offshore's Board has undergone a significant leadership change. Six new directors have been appointed: Mr. Ashutosh Thakar (Executive Whole-Time), Mrs. Aksha Kamboj, Mr. Sukumar Shetty (Non-Executive), and Mr. Rajesh Bhojani, Mr. Vaibhav Agarwal, Mr. Arjun Dutta (Independent for five-year terms). Concurrently, Managing Director Mr. Avik Duke resigned following the company's acquisition by Aspect Global Ventures. Director Mr. Vipul Patel, three Independent Directors, and the CFO also stepped down. The board further reconstituted its Audit, Stakeholder Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees to reflect these changes.
