Duke Offshore's board has undergone significant changes following its acquisition by Aspect Global Ventures. The board appointed Mr. Ashutosh Thakar as Executive Whole Time Director, along with five other new directors (Mrs. Aksha Kamboj, Mr. Sukumar Shetty, Mr. Rajesh Bhojani, Mr. Vaibhav Agarwal, Mr. Arjun Dutta) across executive, non-executive, and independent categories. Concurrently, Managing Director Mr. Avik Duke, four other directors, and the CFO resigned.
