The company has announced key decisions from its board meeting. The Board approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a standalone net profit of Rs. 0.11 Cr and a consolidated net profit of Rs. 0.11 Cr. Independent Director Ms. Sona Bachani stepped down citing other commitments. Mrs. Himali Maheshbhai Thakkar, a seasoned Company Secretary, joined the Board as an Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. M/s.
