Duke Offshore Ltd — Important, 27-07-2026: Company Update

Duke Offshore Limited's Board has undergone a major reshuffle following its acquisition by Aspect Global Ventures Private Limited. The board accepted the resignation of Managing Director Mr. Avik George Duke, CFO Mr. Venkatesham Busa, and five Independent Directors. Concurrently, it appointed Mr. Ashutosh Thakar as Executive Whole Time Director, alongside Mrs. Aksha Kamboj and Mr. Sukumar Shetty as Non-Executive Directors. Three new Independent Directors, Mr. Rajesh Bhojani, Mr. Vaibhav Agarwal, and Mr. Arjun Dutta, were also appointed for five-year terms. This extensive change signifies a new leadership structure and refreshed governance for the company.
