The company has announced the outcomes of a board meeting. The board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. Ms. Sona Bachani resigned as an Independent Director due to other commitments. Based on input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mrs. Himali Maheshbhai Thakkar, a qualified Company Secretary, was appointed as a new Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. M/s. Apurva Shah & Co. was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees were also reconstituted.
